Speaker: Eric Hausman is an independent consultant specializing in Medicare Education and Training. He has conducted numerous Medicare presentations since 1998. Over the last ten years, he has served as the lead trainer for the HIICAP program in New York State, providing training and technical assistance to Medicare counselors throughout the state. Eric holds both his BBA and MBA degrees from Baruch College in Manhattan.

Speaker: Bobbi Matchar is a social worker who has worked in the field of aging since 1980. For the past five years she has been directing early-stage Alzheimer’s programs at the Duke Family Support Program in the Duke Center for Aging in Durham, North Carolina. Bobbi has a master’s degree in social work from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York and a master’s in healthcare administration from University of North Carolina School of Public Health.
