Telephone-Based Stress Management Support Group

Join AFA in a new telephone-based stress management support group for caregivers. Set yourself up for success by learning practical skills for integrating stress management techniques into your busy lifestyle. Call in from the privacy of your home or office during your lunch break.

Participate in the entire series, or join any time. Registration is required for each session.

  • Week 2 - October 22 - Mindfulness Practices
  • Week 3 - October 29 - Body-Based Practices
  • Week 4 - November 5 - Creativity-Based Practices

  • Week 6 - November 19 - Making Time for Self-Care - Barriers and Strategies.
